How much does custom software cost?
The price depends on the number of modules, users, devices and integrations. The estimator places your project (Kazi Start, Business or Enterprise) and we send you a price range after a first conversation.
I don't know my budget. Can I still ask for an estimate?
Yes. "I don't know yet" is an accepted answer in the estimator. We start from your need, not from your budget.
I have no specification document. Is that a problem?
No. Explain your need in your own words, as you would to a colleague. We turn it into features.
Does everything have to be built at once?
No. You can start small: one need, one module. The next modules are added when you are ready.
Can my software work offline?
Yes, it is an option you can tick in the estimator. We have already built software that keeps working when the network drops.
Can we work together if I am in another country?
Yes. Projects are run remotely: WhatsApp, email and video calls, regular online demos, and a written proposal before we start.
